Personal data processed
The name, company, email address, phone number, service of interest and message you share through the contact form, and connection data technically required to submit the form securely (such as IP address).
Purposes
- Responding to your quotation and information requests
- Contacting you and running the quotation process
- Preventing misuse of the form and spam submissions
Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to establishing or performing a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest of the data controller), and on the basis of the consent you give in the form.
Transfers
Form data is processed through our hosting (Cloudflare) and corporate email (Google Workspace) providers in order to deliver it by email. As these providers operate servers abroad, your data may be transferred abroad in accordance with KVKK Art. 9. It is not shared with any other third parties.
Retention
Form data is not stored on the website servers; it is only delivered to our corporate mailbox and kept for as long as your request requires.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation for damages. Send your requests to info@lunefer.com.
