SCADA systems
We build SCADA systems that bring everything from the machine room to the production rooms onto one screen, so operators can decide quickly.
What we offer
Plant-specific process screens
Overview screens with live values for machine rooms, air handling units and rooms.
Alarm management
Active alarms, alarm history and event logs that lead you to the root cause fast.
Trends and reporting
Historical tracking and reporting of temperature, pressure and humidity.
User rights and remote access
User login, authorisation levels and secure remote connection to the plant.
What we do
A SCADA project starts with the equipment and signal list on site. We arrange screens so the information operators check most often (room temperatures, pressures, running equipment and active alarms) can be read at a glance. Detailed settings live on separate screens for authorised users.
Typical modules
- Overview and process screens
- Room and zone monitoring
- Active alarms, alarm history and event logs
- Trends and reports
- I/O configuration and equipment run hours
- General settings, recipes and user rights
Where it is used
We have built SCADA screens for ammonia and CO₂ refrigeration systems, cold stores, air handling units, climate-controlled production rooms and food plants. See examples on our projects page.
Projects featuring this service
-
NH₃ refrigeration machine room and air chilling SCADA
Six-compressor ammonia refrigeration plant, pumped separators and condensers in one interface.

Frequently asked questions
Can SCADA be added to our existing plant?
Yes. We connect your existing PLCs and devices to a new SCADA system over protocols such as PROFINET, PROFIBUS, EtherCAT, Modbus RTU/TCP and OPC.
Can the SCADA screens be prepared in other languages?
Yes. We have delivered operator interfaces in Turkish, English and German.
What is the difference between SCADA and HMI?
An HMI is usually a local operator screen for one machine or panel. SCADA monitors several systems centrally and keeps alarm and trend records. We often design both together.
