The system
The plant has four freezer rooms, a rapid cooling room, a -40 °C blast freezer, and dispatch and packing areas. The machine room contains two -40 °C pumped separators for the cold rooms and the IQF lines, a -10 °C pumped separator, compressors, an NH₃ receiver and condensers.
What we delivered
- Room screens: main switch, set point, evaporator return and liquid temperatures, remaining defrost time, configuration and manual control for each room.
- Machine room screen: separator pressures and levels, pump differential pressures, compressor oil temperature, current, speed and capacity, and IQF suction temperatures.
- Alarm management: active alarms, alarm history and past events, with logs for critical states such as low pressure and pump pressure alarms.
- Trend and I/O configuration screens.
Result
Freezer rooms, blast freezing and IQF lines, the cold chain links of the food plant, are monitored from one Turkish-language interface. Alarm logs show clearly which equipment raised a fault and when.
